These terms govern your use of designbyluis.com and any services purchased from designbyluis ("we", "us"). By accessing the site or purchasing services, you accept these terms.
designbyluis provides web design services delivered digitally as Figma source files and associated documentation. All services are described on the relevant service pages and in your order confirmation.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. A 50% deposit is required to begin work; the remaining 50% is due before final file delivery. For single-session services (Design Sprint, Micro-Site), full payment is collected upfront.
Delivery timelines are specified per package: Starter 10 days, Studio 21 days, Flagship 42 days. Timelines begin on the date the project brief is approved. Client-side delays extend timelines proportionally.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated on the pricing page. Additional revision rounds are available as an add-on. Feedback must be provided in writing within 48 hours of each design delivery to maintain the agreed timeline.
Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the delivered design files transfers to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project start.
You are responsible for providing accurate brief information, brand materials, and timely feedback. Providing inaccurate information that causes rework may result in additional charges at the prevailing hourly rate.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered files.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kings County, New York.
