We want every project to be successful. This policy describes what happens if a project does not proceed as planned.
If you cancel after payment of the 50% deposit but before the project brief is approved and work has started, we will refund 80% of the deposit. A 20% administrative fee applies to cover processing and project preparation costs.
Once work has started (defined as the delivery of the strategy document or first wireframes), the deposit is non-refundable. If you choose not to continue at this point, you retain ownership of any work delivered to that stage.
All sales are final after delivery of the final Figma files and completion of the agreed revision rounds. We do not offer refunds after final delivery.
If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to circumstances on our side, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for undelivered work, without deduction.
If you believe there is a discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered, contact us at hello@designbyluis.com. We commit to reviewing every dispute fairly and responding within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
