About this service
A conversion-focused redesign starts with the assumption that something specific is wrong and that we can find it. Traffic is not the problem. The problem is that visitors arrive and leave without doing the thing you need them to do. The redesign is about figuring out exactly why that is happening and fixing it.
The first deliverable is an audit. Before we design anything, we review your existing site: page structure, call-to-action placement, messaging hierarchy, form design, and the specific pages where analytics data shows the highest drop-off. The audit produces a prioritized list of friction points with a design recommendation for each one.
What we redesign and why
We do not redesign every page. We redesign the pages that are costing you conversions. Usually that is the homepage, one or two interior pages that serve as landing pages for paid traffic, and the contact or checkout page where the final action happens. Getting those three to five pages right is almost always more valuable than redesigning the rest of the site.
What results look like
Conversion improvements vary by site and by what was broken to begin with. Clients with significant structural friction, pages that are unclear about what they are offering, or forms with too many fields often see substantial improvements quickly. Clients with well-structured sites where the problem is more subtle take longer to show results. We tell you honestly which category your site is in during the audit phase, before you commit to the full redesign.
Most conversion problems are not caused by bad design in the aesthetic sense. They are caused by unclear messaging, buried calls to action, or forms that ask for too much. Finding those specific issues before redesigning is what makes the redesign effective.
