All services provided by designbyluis are delivered digitally. There is no physical product, shipment, or courier involved in any engagement. Final deliverables are provided as Figma source files, exported assets, and written documentation, shared via secure file link or direct Figma project access.
Standard timelines by package:
Priority Delivery (available as an add-on) reduces these timelines by approximately 50%. Priority Delivery requires the brief to be approved on day one and feedback to be returned within 24 hours at each stage.
Every project includes a final Figma file with all pages, components, and screen sizes included in your package. Developer notes are included as inline comments in the Figma file. Additional export formats (PNG, SVG, PDF) are available as part of the Brand Kit Export add-on.
We take delivery timelines seriously. If we miss an agreed deadline due to circumstances on our side, we will communicate proactively, provide a revised timeline, and apply a credit to your next project. Timeline delays caused by client-side feedback delays extend the project timeline by the same number of business days.
Revision rounds are included per package as stated in the pricing. Each revision round involves submitting consolidated written feedback, which we implement and return within 3 business days.
