That is what revision rounds are for. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. We implement your consolidated feedback and move forward. If the direction is fundamentally off, we go back to the strategy and figure out what we missed.
Yes. If you have brand guidelines we design within them. If you have a partial brand we work within what exists and fill in the gaps. If you have nothing we recommend starting with brand-first design or the Flagship package.

We offer a post-delivery support window with every package and design maintenance add-ons for longer-term needs. Hourly consulting is also available at $34.60 per hour.
Figma for all design work. We chose it because it is collaborative, handles complex component systems well, and produces clean developer handoff files. If you need source exports in other formats, the Brand Kit Export add-on covers that.

50% deposit before work starts, 50% before final files are delivered. For larger Flagship projects we can discuss a milestone payment structure.
